How often do I pay?

When you are looking at choosing computer leasing as an option for your new computer or server solution we will discuss if you would like monthly, quarterly or seasonal payment options. Our IT leasing funders are very flexilble and this can be tailored to suit your requirements.

Is there a minimum lease value?

Yes - the minimum monthly payment needs to be £35.00, Should the equipment not come to this value why not add another item i.e. software, Anti Virus, or Monitor etc.

When do I pay?

This depends on the funder. However, unlike some companies, when you lease your IT solution from us you NEVER pay prior to delivery and confirmation that you are fully satisfied with the equipment.

Your first payment is typically around 30 days from the date of delivery, but with some funders it may be up to 89 days later! When your finance solution has been accepted we will provide written confirmation of when the first payment will be collected.

What happens if the equipment develops a fault?

As a minimum, the computer equipment you lease from us will carry a 1 year warranty. However, most of our equipment is covered by a full 3 year warranty  so if you have a problem you can contact us or the manufacturer who will get it quickly sorted out (usually the NEXT BUSINESS DAY).

If you have chosen to purchase a support contract from Euro Systems then we will provide a replacement or fix within the agreed times (usually 8 hours) in your Service Level Agreement.
Whatever you do, you must continue to pay the rentals or you will break your contract with the leasing company. The easiest way to think of this is if you obtained a bank loan for a car and it broke down, you would not contact the bank to fix it !

What happens at the end of the lease?

Unlike many other computer leasing companies, we want to retain your business and keep you as a customer. With this in mind we offer a few options:

• Pay a nominal fee to keep the equipment
• Upgrade to a newer model and renew the lease (and keep the old equipment)
• Give the equipment back and end the lease – we will securely wipe all data and dispose of the equipment!
