How often do I pay?

When you set up a computer leasing agreement you normally pay after delivery of the equipment. These payments for your finance agreement can be monthly or quarterly by direct debit.

When do I pay?

This depends on the funder, but tends to be after delivery of the equipment, sometimes 7 - 10 days, other time 1 - 2 months.. The second and subsequent rentals will follow at regualr monthly or quarterly intervals according the lease agreement.

What happens if the equipment develops a fault?

All of our equipment is covered by a full manufacturer warranty (normally 3 years) so if you have a problem you can contact us or the manufacturer who will get it quickly sorted out (usually the NEXT BUSINESS DAY).

If you have bought the equipment with a support contract then you can simply contact us and we will take care of it for you.

Whater you do, you must continue to pay the rentals or you will break your contract with the leasing company. Think of it this way, if you got a loan from a bank to buy car, you would not go back to the bank to get your car fixed if it broke down, you would go back to the garage you bought it from.
